Since 2000 PETRONIK Automation is represented in the branch sector of Plastics Extrusion.
This procedure is used to manufacture raw materials in form of plastics granulate or powder into a finalized Plastics Composite by using different recipes.
The raw material is refined with different additives and added to the extruder machine over accurate dosing systems.
Inside the extruder the raw material is melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the Barrel and blended with the additives.
Within this process the parameters such as product level, flow rate, pressure and temperature are very important to control all process steps in the most efficient way.
Besides the product quality, it is crucial for us, to guarantee the highest safety standards and work energy-saving and environmentally friendly at the same time within all these processes.
The final product is then forced into a die at the end of the extruder line, shreded and cooled down.
The finished Plastic pellets are cleaned and conveyed into different storage systems for further transportation.
